This retreat is for women who crave a deeper connection—to themselves, to nature, and to a like-minded sisterhood. If you’re drawn to the power of breathwork, nature, and surfing and feel the call to slow down, reconnect, and embrace the wild beauty of the Azores, this is for you.

How do I get there?

You’ll fly into Ponta Delgada Airport (PDL) on São Miguel Island, Azores. From there, we’ll guide you on the best way to reach our retreat location. We can help arrange transfers or provide recommendations for car rentals if you’d like to explore on your own. Once you book your spot, we’ll send you all the details to make your journey smooth and stress-free!

Do I need experience in breathwork, yoga or surfing?

Not at all! Our retreat is designed for all levels, whether you’re a total beginner or have years of experience.

When do I find out if I'm selected to join a retreat?

You’ll most likely find out at the end of our connection call! If we feel you’re a great fit for the group of women joining this retreat, we’ll let you know right then. If not during the call, you’ll receive an email shortly after.
