1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions (T&C) govern participation in the Breathe Azores Retreat, as well as the use of the website https://breatheazores.info. By booking a retreat or using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not participate in the retreat or continue using this website.

3. Services Provided

The Breathe Azores Retreat includes:

• Breathwork sessions

• Yoga classes

• Surfing lessons

• Art workshops

• Accommodation & meals

The detailed retreat program is subject to minor changes based on weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Booking & Payment

• Registration is completed via the website or email and becomes binding upon confirmation.

• A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking.

• The remaining balance must be paid at least 60 days before the retreat begins.

• If the full payment is not received on time, participation cannot be guaranteed.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

If a participant cancels, the following refund policy applies:

• Up to 90 days before the retreat: 50% refund

• 89–30 days before the retreat: 25% refund

• Less than 30 days before the retreat: No refund

Participants may transfer their booking to another person upon agreement with the organizer.

If the retreat is canceled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, force majeure), the full amount will be refunded. No further claims can be made.

6. Liability Disclaimer

• Participation in all activities is at the participant’s own risk.

• The organizer is not liable for injuries, accidents, theft, or other damages.

• Participants must have valid travel and health insurance.

• The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from activities if their behavior is deemed unsafe or disruptive.

7. Health & Safety

• Participants confirm that they are physically and mentally fit to take part in all activities.

• If pregnant or experiencing health concerns, participants should consult a doctor before attending.

• The retreat is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

8. Data Protection

We respect your privacy. All personal data provided for the retreat booking will be stored securely and used solely for retreat administration. We will not share your data with third parties unless required by law.
